2. Purpose and terms of use
This website presents SAVA Timetabling, school timetabling and cover management software. Using the website implies acceptance of this notice. The content is provided for information only and does not constitute a contractual offer.
3. Intellectual property
The SAVA Timetabling software, the SAVA name and logo, and the content of this website (text, design and graphics) belong to their authors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without express permission.

What data we collect
This website has no forms, no user accounts, no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools.
- If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it and the content of your message. Messages to our address are forwarded by Cloudflare to our mailboxes.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the IP address and technical data of each visit to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
Purpose and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a demo or proposal: your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Security of the website: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then for the legally required periods.
Recipients
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Our service providers process it on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and email forwarding) and our email provider. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@savaedsystems.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
School data in SAVA Timetabling
This policy covers only this website. Data that schools enter into SAVA Timetabling is processed on behalf of each school, under the data processing agreement signed with it.
5. Cookies
This website does not use cookies or similar technologies.
6. Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. The Spanish version of this notice prevails in case of discrepancy.
